I’m a mum of two, a triple-certified Infant & Child Sleep Coach, and the creator of the Get Some Actual Sleep™ Method - a proven framework trusted by hundreds of families to get real rest without losing connection.
But I wasn’t always the coach.
I was the mum on the yoga ball at 2AM, eyes burning, baby waking every 45 minutes.
Touched out. Frustrated. Googling “why won’t my baby sleep” through tears.
Then one night, it hit me.
Something had to change - not my baby, but how I understood sleep.
That realisation pulled me into studying infant sleep science, attachment theory, and nervous-system regulation. I wanted a way to protect connection and get rest.
That’s how Get Some Actual Sleep™ was born - an evidence-based framework built on three foundations: knowing what’s normal, understanding your baby's sleep, and choosing gentle strategies that fit your family.
Since then, I’ve helped more than 500 families move from survival to rest.
And here’s what I know for sure:

From exhausted mama to Gentle sleep consultant
How I got here
2021: First baby arrives. Enter the world of reflux, colic, hourly wake-ups, and 3AM Google searches.
2022: Decide there has to be a better way. Complete my first sleep certification while bouncing a baby at 2AM. Dive deep into attachment theory and gentle methods.
2023: Complete Gentle Sleep Educator certification. Start helping friends and realise gentle methods actually work. Launch Young Sleep Support.
2024: Second baby arrives. Use all my gentle strategies from day one. Actually enjoy the newborn phase this time (mostly). Support 100+ families.
2025: Launch Gentle Sleep Mini-Course to make support accessible to everyone. Reach 500+ families helped.
Today: Still obsessed with gentle sleep (and coffee). Helping exhausted parents realise they don't have to choose between sleep and connection.
